Where are you located?
Our headquarters is in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We design all products in-house and work with partners across Europe. We work exclusively through professional installers and distributors, which ensures every installation is done right.
Can I purchase at a wholesaler?
Yes, through our network. We have partnerships with established wholesalers across Europe. For larger projects or regular orders, contact us directly for custom pricing and dedicated support arrangements.
Can I call Volt Time directly?
Registered partners and installers receive human response in under 5 minutes during business hours. No chatbots, no ticket queues. Reach us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. We speak Dutch, English, and German.
Do you offer on-location service?
Yes, in the Netherlands. For partner installations we offer on-location service when remote troubleshooting is not enough. Most issues can be diagnosed and resolved remotely via our web portal, so we only dispatch when truly necessary.
Are there monthly platform fees?
No recurring fees from us. Basic Plugchoice functionality is completely free for all partners. Smart features like Power Sharing and Dynamic Load Balancing are purchased once with the charger. No subscriptions, no per-charger fees.
What support do partners receive?
A comprehensive partner program: technical training, marketing materials, priority support, and dedicated partner managers. You also get installation guides, troubleshooting docs, and technical specifications.
