Chargee Sparky energy meter on a Volt Time charger

Accessories.

One pole, every Volt Time charger

Install the infrastructure once. The foundation and pole stay; a charger-specific bracket is the only part that changes when you swap or upgrade. From private driveways to larger commercial charging locations.

Change the charger, not the installation

The charger is not structurally part of the pole. Dedicated brackets for One, One Business and Two Pro attach to the same platform, so a future upgrade never becomes a groundworks project.

LITE and PRO poles

LITE 1200 is the slim single-charger pole for homes and private parking. PRO carries single or double configurations, has an integrated access panel and rotates 180 degrees for ceiling-mounted, low-clearance parking.

No concrete needed

The Universal Mounting Base is a flat-packed foundation with click-and-bend assembly in one to two minutes, using just an adjustable spanner. Adjustable feet handle sand, clay, compact ground and narrow cable trenches.

Built for coastal weather

Powder-coated, seawater-resistant aluminium with an ISO 12944 category C4 coating system, in RAL 9005 black as standard. Other RAL colours are available for projects.

Ready for rows

The PRO connection kit distributes one incoming feed across as many as four charger outputs and daisy-chains poles, rated up to 100A and 450V.

Low-carbon aluminium

The PRO line is built with Hydro CIRCAL recycled aluminium, roughly 75% of the documented assembly, and is designed for a minimum service life of 20 years.

The wider mounting-pedestal platform has undergone independent third-party safety testing by TUV Rheinland. For projects, the platform also supports options like integrated lighting, protective roofs, safety bollards, signage and payment-terminal mounts.

The mounting range

Four building blocks: two poles, one foundation, and the charger-specific brackets that tie them to the charger.

Metering that feeds the smart charging

Load balancing, solar charging and peak shaving in Plugchoice start with a meter that sees the connection. Sparky reads the P1 port in about a minute; Flint adds Modbus and control for bigger sites.

Chargee Sparky P1 meter

Sparky, plug and play

Slides into the smart meter's P1 port and is online in about a minute, with data down to the second and a built-in P1 splitter for a second device. Works with the Dutch smart meters known to Chargee.

Flint, the gateway

Reads and controls energy assets over Modbus, M-Bus, RS232 and digital I/O, with Ethernet and Wi-Fi standard and 4G optional. P1 in and out, and it can dim or pause solar inverters to limit feed-in.

In-line and CT options

Eastron in-line and CT meters and the Xemex CSP1+ cover larger connections, combined with a Flint or Sparky as the bridge to Plugchoice.

Security in order

Chargee is ISO 27001-certified for information security, independently assessed by Kiwa Nederland. Traffic is encrypted with 128-bit AES over TLS/SSL, Wi-Fi supports WPA2 and WPA3, and Sparky receives automatic security updates.

The cable off the ground

The Ocean holder stores the charging cable and connector in one place, on the PRO pole with its dedicated adapter or straight on a wall. Add a portable charging cable and the daily routine stays tidy.

Ocean cable and connector holder

Ocean Cable and Connector Holder

One housing for the coiled cable and the connector, keeping both off the ground. Powder-coated, seawater-resistant aluminium outside; the inner part is made from recycled or recovered ocean plastic.

Made for the pole, happy on a wall

The dedicated Ocean adapter positions the holder beneath the charger on the PRO pole, supplied with 316L stainless-steel screws. Without a pole, it mounts independently, commonly on a wall.

Portable charging cables

Type 2 charging cables for the socket versions of our chargers, so one cable in the trunk covers home, work and public charging.

Same finish as the range

RAL 9005 black with the same ISO 12944 category C4 surface treatment as the poles, so mixed installations keep one visual language.

Answers you need

Everything you need to know, explained simply.

Which chargers fit the mounting poles?

Dedicated brackets. Volt Time supplies standard mounting brackets for One, One Business and Two Pro. The bracket is the interface: the pole and foundation stay universal.

Other chargers. The wider platform can accommodate other chargers through separately engineered brackets, but those are custom, project-specific solutions.

Do I need to pour concrete?

Usually not. The Universal Mounting Base is a flat-packed in-ground foundation with click-and-bend assembly in about one to two minutes, needing only an adjustable spanner.

Levelling. Adjustable feet handle sand, clay, compact ground, light soil and narrow cable trenches, and the bolt height lets you level the pole precisely.

Which meter do I need for load balancing?

Homes. Sparky slides into the smart meter's P1 port and is online in about a minute, with data down to the second for dynamic load balancing.

Bigger connections. Flint adds Modbus and control. Eastron in-line and CT meters and the Xemex CSP1+ combine with a Flint or Sparky as the bridge to Plugchoice.

Can the pole hang from a ceiling?

Pro. The PRO pole can be rotated 180 degrees for ceiling-mounted applications such as low-clearance parking environments.

Lite. The LITE footplate supports floor or ceiling installation where the project permits it.
